		<description>Thanks gentlemen for your interest in K7 Days. Some people have been confused by the 7 minutes and all the other 7s.  The main point of K7 days is to help remind people 3 times a month to join in the conversation because podcasting is a 2-way medium.
I only mention the 7 minutes for alliteration, because it goes with all the other 7s. Seven minutes is a nice small chunk of time to dedicate to send voice feedback to a few of your favorit podcasts.  It doesn&#039;t have to be just K7 calls either.  You can send your feedback by email, k7 voice messages, email an mp3, carrier pigeon or stapled to a delivery pizza. There really are no rules except add to the conversation that is podcasting.</description>
